Allen Audit & Advisory has merged with highly respected Gold Coast firm, Dickfos Dunn Adam (DDA), further strengthening our team of audit specialists and independent service across a broad range of industries.
The merged company is operating as Allen Audit & Advisory as of 1 April 2026, and is led by Allen Audit & Advisory Principal Richard Allen and Partner Katrina McPhee.
The merger brings together the deep expertise of two dedicated audit firms to deliver a high-quality, specialist service to businesses and organisations including corporates, not-for-profits, schools, clubs and associations, and trust accounts.
The 16-strong team is now operating from a new, larger office, at Riverwalk Place, 2 Waterfront Place, Robina.
Richard says the merger is a great outcome for clients of both businesses.
“DDA has established a strong reputation over 15 years for its specialist audit, assurance and advisory services,” he says.
“Like us, it has remained an audit-only specialist firm — one of few Australia-wide to do so.
“It’s a business that aligns strongly with the ethos of the Allen Audit & Advisory team, making this transition seamless.
“By bringing our firms together, we’re now in a position to offer clients access to an even greater depth of expertise across our expanded professional team, and the ability to service more clients across Queensland and interstate.”
Allen Audit & Advisory has gone from strength to strength since officially promoting Katrina to partner last year, after she achieved her Registered Company Auditor (RCA). Katrina has been with the business since 2019, playing a pivotal role in its growth and evolution.
